It could not be a more fitting time to focus on building our resilience. We will delve deep into the art of building a strong pranic (energy) body and cultivating resilience. • Gratitude
  • Conscious Consumption
  • Nature
  • New Pathways
  • Curiosity
  • Purpose & Meaning
  • Relationship
  • Service
  • Doing Hard Sh*t

Through a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and introspective exercises, you'll learn how to harness the power of these themes to enhance your resilience and overall well-being. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner or teacher, this workshop offers a supportive environment for your journey to return to your strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

This connection to hridayam (spiritual heart) invites us to glimpse behind the illusion of separation and melt into the community of living beings, all longing for joy, connection, and love.

Nourish • Restore

Drop into the healing meditation of the sound and body. We will create a space between effort and surrender, allowing the release and healing of our over exhausted system. Using the integrative power of sound, mantra, and postures designed to reset the nervous system and relax the places that hold tension and old hurts. We are all in need of individual and collective healing.

Janet Stone

Janet Stone

Janet’s studentship began at 17 under the meditation teachings of Prem Rawat. His reverence for simplicity and finding joy in the rise and fall of life live on in her practice and teaching today. In 1996, she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, and became dedicated to the path of yoga. Janet blends the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship. She aspires not to teach but to allow the practice to emanate from her, letting awareness blend with movement and breath. Based in Bali and San Francisco, she leads immersions, retreats, workshops and more.
