Cancellation Policy‍

virtual courses

• Course fees are non-refundable, but you have ongoing access to course materials, including the option to join future offerings.

retreats and training immersions

this includes any events that include lodging and meals; some events may have event-specific policies; noted on the enrollment page

• Deposits are refundable or transferable 90 days in advance, minus a 15% processing fee.
• Remaining balances (amount due after the deposit) are due 90 days in advance of the retreat, training or immersion.*
• Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event.
• Fees are non-transferable. If you are within a refund window, we'll process the refund so you can apply them to future events.
• event-specific polices will be noted on the enrollment page for that event. For instance, deposits for India pilgrimages are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot.
• if you cancel with fewer than 90 days and you have not paid your remaining fees, 50% of the total registration is still due.

workshops

generally, these are events where lodging is not included

• Enrollment fees are refundable minus a 15% processing/admin fee 30 days in advance
• Cancellations 30 to 14 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund
• Fees are non-refundable 13 days before the start of a workshop

teacher training programs

• Enrollment fees are non-refundable, but you have ongoing access, and can pause and restart the program if the need arises.
• We can also offer extensions (standard timing is up to 2 years for the 200 hour program, 3 years for the 300 hour program).

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to janetstoneyoga.com, and Janet Stone Yoga and governs data collection and usage.
