Cancellation Policies

Course fees are non-refundable, but you have ongoing access to course materials, including the option to join future offerings.

Deposits are refundable 90 days in advance, minus a 15% processing fee.
Remaining balances are due 90 days in advance of the retreat, training or immersion.*
Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event.
Fees are non-transferable. If you are within a refund window, we'll process the refund so you can apply them to future events.
Event-specific polices will be noted on the enrollment page for that event. For instance, deposits for India pilgrimages are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot, even with more than 90 days advance notice.
If you cancel with fewer than 90 days and you have not paid your remaining fees, 50% of the total registration is still due.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected cancellation. Some policies require purchase of insurance within 15 days of making your first deposit. Some credit cards automatically offer travel insurance—it's worth exploring card policies.
Due to the nature of retreat center bookings, we cannot make exceptions to these policies, so please plan accordingly.

Cancellations 30 to 14 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund
Fees are non-refundable 13 days before the start of a workshop

Enrollment fees are non-refundable, but you have ongoing access, and can pause and restart the program if the need arises.
We can also offer extensions (standard timing is up to 2 years for the 200 hour program, 3 years for the 300 hour program).
