May 30 - June 19, 2026

‍Awaken your path. Deepen your practice. Live your yoga.

We will begin with a virtual curriculum designed to establish a foundation for your teaching to emanate from your own depth of studentship and lived experience with yoga.

With over 25 years of teaching and 40 years of meditation practice, I lead from a place of deep devotion to bhakti yoga, guiding you through the rich teachings of yoga’s philosophy, meditation, asana, chanting, theming, and spiritual practice. Through this immersion, you will gain a deeper understanding of yoga’s ancient science, learning how to embody its principles to live with greater presence, purpose, and peace.

Three-Week Thematic Structure

The training will be divided into three themes, each lasting one week, allowing you to explore yoga from the inside out:

Week 1: Dharma – Awaken the Path

Theme: Purpose, Presence & Inner Listening

Overview:
We begin with a return to what calls us. Dharma is the soul’s direction—the quiet truth we’re meant to live and share. This week centers on intention, alignment, and clarity, both in life and in teaching.

Focus Areas:

  • Sankalpa (sacred intention) & the art of inner listening
  • Discovering your dharma as a teacher and human
  • Clarifying your unique voice and message
  • Foundations of theming and teaching with purpose
  • Meditation, mantra, and contemplative practices to guide insight

Core Question: What am I here to offer?

Week 2: Discipline – Strengthen the Vessel

Theme: Structure, Sadhana & Inner Fire

Overview:
Discipline (tapas) is the container that allows your dharma to take form. This week is about refining the physical, mental, and energetic systems through committed practice, ethical alignment, and honest self-inquiry.

Focus Areas:

  • Deep dive into yamas, niyamas, and yogic ethics
  • Advanced asana, alignment, and anatomy
  • Daily sadhana (personal practice) and structure-building
  • Teaching labs: voice, assists, sequencing
  • Studying samskaras and pattern transformation
  • Holding space and showing up authentically and in integrity

Core Question: What practices keep me clear, strong, and grounded on the path?

Week 3: Devotion – Embody the Sacred

Theme: Heart, Offering & Soulful Expression

Overview:
In the final week, we shift from self to service. Devotion (bhakti) reconnects us with the awe and reverence at the center of yoga. We explore how to lead from love, teach from essence, and live in sacred reciprocity.

Focus Areas:

  • Bhakti yoga: mantra, prayer, ritual
  • Teaching from love: presence, voice, and authenticity
  • Soulful sequencing and inspired storytelling
  • Devotion as both personal and collective healing
  • Integration of the whole journey into your life and teaching
  • Closing ritual: embodiment and offering

Core Question: How do I serve from the heart

Integration & Completion

  • Final teaching practicums and personal feedback
  • Integration practices for life beyond the training
  • Closing fire ceremony and dharma circle
  • Embodied commitments to stay in practice and service
