The Thailand Sadhana 200-hour teacher training program is a hybrid residential + virtual program that can be completed in as little as 6 months or as long as two years.
The program is an amazing way to deepen your practice, or to build a foundation for teaching yoga that emanates from your own commitment to living yoga.
The 200-hour program is registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll receive a 200-hour certificate.
The following courses make up the required curriculum for the residential immersion pathway for 2026.

You can enroll in the Thailand Immersion as an elective (separate from the rest of the 300 hour curriculum) on this page.
What if I previously attended a residential immersion (such as Bali • Earth & Sky or Path of Devotion in a prior year) and would like to add to the core curriculum to be able to complete my 200 hour certification?
