You are welcome here.
All parts of you are embraced in the vast field of yoga.
Our vision is one of an inclusive, diverse, compassionate community that will nourish body, mind, spirit.
Janet lends a warmth and wealth of practice and knowledge to create a unique, safe, potent approach to living yoga.
Join Janet Stone as she returns to her second home — Bali — for a training immersion like no other.
We’ll immerse in daily sadhana (practice) to reconnect with our internal rhythm and inner knowing.
The stunning Bagus Jati Resort will be our home base, from which we will explore some of Bali’s cultural, spiritual and geographic landmarks. Bali is the perfect place to explore the rich earth and vast sky as we find tangible connections to what grounds us in the heart of the practice.
This immersion is for teachers, non-teachers, and all other humans who want to embody yoga as a place between and within the fluctuations.
Over one week, we’ll recommit (or just commit) to a pre-dawn practice including meditation, pranayama, asana, bhakti, and dharma talks. This is an opportunity to begin again, to clarify intention, to hone our focus for the year and to allow discipline to disrupt distractions and live our yoga practice through our actions.
As we clarify our intentions, we remember our soul’s deepest longing, and that can guide our actions, choices and interactions through the year.
This weeklong commitment to practice is an annual tradition for the community to come together to commit to collective daily practice.
Frenetic laps, incessant news cycle bringing more anxiety, and to do lists that never seem to get ticked off. In this moment, I’m in need of a serious reset, replenishment, and deep rest.
Over four weeks, we’ll drop into body, mind, spirit to find the spaces between effort and surrender. By making space to slow down and find stillness, we allow our system to release into its great integrative power.
Throughout the course, we’ll explore conscious relaxation and what it is to cultivating a deep, inner stillness. Through this stillness, we have the opportunity to deepen our understanding of what guides our actions.
